Welcome to my blog.
Well, this is my first post to my first blog ever! It may be my last considering I may never get out of the country and visit Italy like I plan to on Tuesday August 5th. The Lufthansa strike is canceling more and more flights and I am expecting mine to be one of them. Apparently those who are traveling alone and with miles are last to get rebooked on anything worthwhile. Last I heard, routes via Amsterdam then trains were common solutions. Oh well, just get me to Paris or Madrid and I will take a train to Florence. Wish me luck. More to come....
